Maria Ascensio saved me $800.00 a year on my homeowners insurance. I happily said good bye to Farmers Insurance after overpaying for 30 years! (and no claims). Bad on me for not shopping earlier. Maria was pleasant, super helpful and attentive. I will be going back to her for car insurance quotes. Super duper happy!

The best customer service I have ever had from any insurance company. I worked in the real estate business for over 40 years and many times we need a copy of the homeowner's policy in a hurry, and they always took care of this problem right away. Very fair rates, but customer service was on top.

I have been with Bichlmeier for my auto and home insurance since the early 1980's and can tell you that I have ALWAYS had great customer service. Even in this age of technology and on-line services, I know that if I have a question, concern or claim I can pick up the phone and call or send an email and I will get a quick response and assistance. I have never even given a thought to needing to find a new insurance agent!
